We are excited to embark on this enriching journey of learning and discovery with your children. Below are essential guidelines for camp participation; we kindly ask parents for their assistance with the following:
- 活動前與孩子溝通、建立信心，給予孩子鼓勵或小任務，體驗新事物。
Preparation & Encouragement: Talk with your child before camp starts to build their confidence. Offer encouragement or small tasks to help them look forward to trying new things. - 若年齡較小，可準備個人物品，有助於穩定孩子的情緒及增加安全感。
Comfort Items: For younger children, bringing a familiar personal item can help soothe emotions and foster a sense of security. - 活動第一天請讓孩子睡飽並於09:00前到校，以便陪伴孩子熟悉環境、老師和新朋友。
First Day Arrival: On the first day, please ensure your child is well-rested and arrives before 09:00 to give them time to settle in, meet their teachers, and connect with new friends. - 怕生哭泣是正常表現，請家長不要太過於緊張，老師也會加以安撫協助引導。
Settling In: It is completely natural for children to feel shy or tearful at first. Please rest assured that our teachers will provide gentle comfort and guidance. - 早上08:00~09:00為晨間活動，孩子可吃過早餐後提早到校，或準備早餐到校食用，課程於09:00開始。
Morning Schedule: Morning activities run from 08:00 to 09:00. Children may arrive early after having breakfast at home, or bring their breakfast to eat at school. Classes officially begin at 09:00. - 全日班：活動時間08:00~18:00，課程至16:30結束(如需提前接送離校，請發訊息告知老師)。
Full-Day Programme: Hours are 08:00–18:00, with classes ending at 16:30. (If early pick-up is required, please inform the teacher in advance via message.) - 17:00開始為加選課後才藝下課時間(每日最後一堂課)，請家長準時並於18:30前完成接送。
After-School Electives: Elective after-school enrichment lessons (the final session of the day) conclude at 17:00. Parents are requested to complete pick-up promptly before 18:30. - 半日班：活動時間08:00~12:30，敬請配合13:00前完成接送。
Half-Day Programme: Hours are 08:00–12:30. Please ensure pick-up is completed by 13:00. - 接送區為仁愛路四段(轉角)僅供接送上下車，請勿久停！建議提早通知錯開接送及下班尖峰時刻。
Drop-Off & Pick-Up Zone: The designated drop-off/pick-up area is located at the corner of Ren’ai Road, Section 4. This area is strictly for immediate loading and unloading—no parking or idling! We recommend notifying us in advance to avoid peak traffic hours.

- 水壺 (每日帶回：戶外活動需攜帶揹袋水壺)

請問課程是以什麼語言授課？
What is the language of instruction?
基本課程都是外師以英文授課，20%專業藝術養成課程是由個藝術專長老師以中文授課。
Core programmes are taught in English by native-speaking teachers, while 20% of the specialized art development courses are taught in Chinese by specialist art instructors.
請問上課時間？
What are the class hours?
每週一~五 08:00-16:30
(早上08:00可到校，下午吃完點心後16:30可接回；16:30後可加選第二專長選修課，未加選的小朋友可在樹屋區等待家長，最遲18:00前接，超時會加收延拖費。
Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30.
(Students may arrive from 08:00 and be picked up at 16:30 after afternoon snack. After 16:30, optional secondary skill electives are available. Students not taking electives may wait in the Treehouse area until parent pick-up, latest by 18:00. Late pick-up fees will apply after 18:00.)

招生對象：3-12歲
16位滿班，每班一外師一中師
Target Age Group: 3–12 years old.
Maximum class capacity is 16 students, with one native English-speaking teacher and one Chinese-speaking teacher per class.
請問如何分班？
How are classes assigned?
以年齡為分班標準，基本上一個班級的年齡差在兩～三歲上下，營隊第一天，外師會再以小朋友的英文程度稍作調整，讓小朋友在同樣程度的班級學習，不緊張學習效果更佳。
Classes are primarily grouped by age, with a spread of about two to three years per class. On the first day of camp, native teachers will fine-tune groupings based on each child’s English proficiency, ensuring they learn comfortably alongside peers of a similar level for optimal results.
請問中午如果不午休？
What if my child does not nap at noon?
TKA的營隊有趣又豐富，基本上老師都會引導小朋友中午稍作休息，讓下午更有精神的參與精彩的課程，如果家長同意小朋友中午不午休，小朋友可以在圖書區閱讀或是做靜態的活動。
TKA camp activities are engaging and dynamic, so teachers will encourage children to rest at noon to recharge for the afternoon. With parental consent, children who do not nap may read in the library area or engage in quiet activities.
校外教學須知
Heading: FIELD TRIP GUIDELINES
校外教學為本課程整體規劃之一部分，已納入教學內容與費用計算。如因個人因素不參加校外教學活動，恕不接受退費。
惟為保障學習權益，學員可申請擇日補課，補課內容將由本單位另行安排。敬請家長理解與配合，謝謝。
Field trips are an integral part of the curriculum and are included in the overall programme structure and fee. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance due to personal reasons. However, to safeguard student learning rights, parents may apply for a make-up class on an alternative date, with details arranged by TKA. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?
如因個人因素取消報名本次 Camp 課程，將依下列原則辦理退款：
1.行政作業處理費酌收新台幣$1,000元整，該費用不予退還。此費用涵蓋報名系統處理、資料建檔、名額保留與行政人力成本。
2.若取消時間為課程開始日前一個月內，本單位已完成戶外教學相關安排，將再酌扣戶外教學代辦費用，每梯次$1200元，依梯次計算。
3.扣除上述費用後，其餘款項將依據《教育部訂定之補習班設立及管理辦法》之退費規定辦理。敬請知悉，謝謝您的配合。
If registration for this camp programme is cancelled due to personal reasons, refunds will be processed according to the following guidelines
1. An administrative handling fee of NT$1,000 is non-refundable. This fee covers registration system processing, data filing, seat reservation, and administrative costs.
2. If cancellation occurs within one month prior to the programme start date, field trip arrangements will have been finalized, and an additional field trip service fee of NT$1,200 per session will be deducted.
3. After deducting the above fees, remaining balances will be refunded in accordance with the official short-term educational institution refund regulations established by the Ministry of Education. Thank you for your cooperation.
請假與補課規範
Heading: LEAVE OF ABSENCE & MAKE-UP CLASS POLICY
為維護課程品質與公平原則，本學苑課程採預約制，若因個人因素請假，恕不提供退費服務。但可於規定期限內安排補課，請假學員須提前與客服老師聯繫，確認補課日期與課程，因每堂課皆有招生人數上限，恕不接受臨時到場補課。
To maintain teaching quality and fairness, academy programmes operate on a reservation basis. Refunds are not provided for absences due to personal reasons. However, make-up classes may be scheduled within the designated timeframe. Parents must contact our customer service team in advance to confirm the date and class for any make-up session. As class capacities are strictly capped, unannounced walk-ins for make-up classes cannot be accommodated.

【請假與補課規範】

2. 冬夏令營若請假，無法補課者可將請假天數所對應之費用折抵其他常規課程費用，以單堂課程計價方式折抵，不提供現金退費。
＊逾期未補課或未使用折抵者，視同自動放棄，不另行通知與安排。感謝您的理解與配合。
