TKA Little Club 是為幼兒與家長設計的親子會員空間。我們希望孩子在正式進入 Preschool 之前，就有機會透過遊戲、故事、音樂、感官探索與團體互動，慢慢熟悉學習環境，也建立與老師及同伴相處的安全感。
TKA Little Club is a parent-and-child membership space designed for young children and their families. Before children formally enter Preschool, we want them to grow familiar with a learning environment through play, stories, music, sensory exploration and group interaction, and to build a sense of security with teachers and peers.

1. 採預約制入館
Reservation Required
Little Club 為會員制空間，每次入館前須完成預約。每個時段皆設有人數上限，額滿後將無法接受臨時入館。如遇熱門時段，建議會員提前預約。
Little Club is a membership-based space; a reservation is required before every visit. Each session has a capacity limit, and walk-ins cannot be accepted once full. For popular time slots, members are advised to book in advance.
2. 每次使用時間
Length of Each Visit
每次入館最長使用時間為 2.5 小時。如當日較晚抵達，使用時間仍以該預約場次結束時間為準，無法順延。
Each visit lasts up to 2.5 hours. If a child arrives later than the start time, the visit still ends at the scheduled session time and cannot be extended.
3. 家長陪同
Parent Accompaniment
Little Club 為親子會員空間，原則上需由家長或主要照顧者陪同。陪同成人應全程留意孩子安全，並共同維護公共空間秩序。Little Club 並非托育服務。
Little Club is a parent-and-child space; a parent or primary caregiver is generally required to accompany the child, who should watch over the child’s safety throughout and help maintain order. Little Club is not a daycare service.
4. 入館人數
Number of Visitors
每位會員原則上限 1 位幼兒＋1 位陪同成人。如需增加陪同成人、手足或其他同行者，須依當期規範提前詢問並完成預約。
Each membership generally covers 1 child plus 1 accompanying adult. To bring an additional adult, sibling, or companion, please check the current policy and book in advance.
5. 健康管理
Health Management
為保護所有會員，如孩子出現以下情況，請暫停入館：發燒、明顯咳嗽或流感症狀、嘔吐、腹瀉、具傳染疑慮之皮膚狀況、其他疑似具傳染性的症狀。TKA 保留依現場情況婉拒入館之權利。
To protect all members, please postpone your visit if your child has: a fever, noticeable coughing or flu-like symptoms, vomiting or diarrhea, a skin condition of possible concern, or any other potentially contagious symptom. TKA reserves the right to decline admission based on the situation on site.
6. 飲食規範
Food & Drink
原則上活動區內不開放自由進食。飲水、點心或特殊飲食需求，請依現場指定區域使用。如孩子有食物過敏，請於加入會員時主動告知工作人員。
Free eating is generally not permitted in the activity area. Please use the designated area for water, snacks, or special dietary needs. If your child has a food allergy, please inform staff when joining.
7. 個人物品
Personal Items
請家長自行保管個人物品及貴重物品。建議攜帶：水壺、尿布及替換衣物、個人清潔用品、孩子必要的安撫用品。
Parents are responsible for their own belongings and valuables. Suggested items: a water bottle, diapers and a change of clothes, personal hygiene items, and any comfort items your child may need.
8. 玩具與教具使用
Toys & Learning Materials
使用教具後，請陪同孩子一起完成簡單收拾。為避免誤食或受傷，請勿自行攜帶過小、尖銳或具安全疑慮之玩具入館。
After using the learning materials, please help your child tidy up. To prevent choking hazards or injury, please do not bring in toys that are too small, sharp, or otherwise unsafe.
9. 活動參與
Participation
館內可能安排短時間的故事、音樂、美術、感統或英文活動。所有活動皆以孩子當下狀況為優先，不強迫參與。若孩子需要休息或自由探索，可由家長陪同至其他開放區域。We may offer short story, music, art, sensory, or English activities. All activities prioritize the child’s comfort and are never mandatory. If a child needs a break, parents are welcome to accompany them to another open area.
10. 預約取消
Cancellations
若無法出席已預約場次，請於規定時間內完成取消。如多次預約後未到且未事先取消，TKA 得暫時限制部分熱門時段之預約權益，以保障其他會員使用機會。
If you cannot attend a reserved session, please cancel within the required timeframe. Repeated no-shows without cancellation may result in TKA temporarily limiting your access to popular time slots, in fairness to other members.
11. 安全與意外處理
Safety & Incident Handling
家長為孩子於場館內之主要陪同與照顧者。若發生碰撞、跌倒或其他突發狀況，請立即通知現場工作人員。TKA 將依現場安全流程協助處理。
Parents remain the primary caregiver while on site. In the event of a bump, fall, or other incident, please notify staff immediately. TKA will assist according to our on-site safety procedures.
12. 拍照與影像
Photography & Media
TKA 活動期間可能進行課程紀錄、攝影或影像拍攝。會員可於加入時選擇是否同意孩子影像作為 TKA 教學紀錄、網站或社群宣傳使用。如不同意公開使用，請於申請會員時主動註明。
TKA may take photos or videos for class records during activities. When joining, members may choose whether to consent to their child’s image being used for TKA’s teaching records, website, or social media. If not, please let us know when applying.
13. 會員資格
Membership
會員資格僅限本人使用，不得轉讓、借用或與其他家庭共用。實際會員期限、續約、退費與優惠方案，依當期公告及會員合約為準。
Membership is for the registered member only and may not be transferred, lent, or shared. The actual term, renewal, refund, and promotions are subject to the current announcement and membership agreement.
14. 空間使用原則

Little Club 是所有家庭共同使用的空間。請共同協助維持：安全、整潔、尊重與友善。若有影響其他孩子安全、長時間無法配合場館基本規範，或其他特殊狀況，TKA 將與家長個別溝通處理方式。
Little Club is a shared space for all families. We ask everyone to help maintain safety, cleanliness, respect, and friendliness. In special circumstances, TKA will discuss the situation individually with the parent.

Little Club is more than a single parent-child class — it’s a membership-based activity space. Children can freely explore, play, and join short group activities in a familiar setting, gradually building habits for group life and learning.
2. 一次可以待多久？
How long can we stay each visit?
每次入館最長可使用 2.5 小時。實際使用時間依當日預約場次為準。
Each visit lasts up to 2.5 hours. The actual time is based on your reserved session that day.
3. 可以每天來嗎？
Can we come every day?
會員可依當期開放規則預約入館。為維持活動品質及避免同一時段過度擁擠，每個場次皆設有人數上限，因此仍需提前預約。
Members may book visits according to current availability. To maintain quality and avoid overcrowding, each session has a capacity limit, so advance reservation is required.

Does a parent have to accompany the child?
是。Little Club 為親子會員空間，原則上需由家長或主要照顧者陪同參與。Little Club 並非托育或臨時托嬰服務。
Yes. Little Club is a parent-and-child space, and a parent or primary caregiver is generally required to accompany the child. It is not a daycare or drop-in childcare service.

What age is Little Club suitable for?
建議年齡約為 0–4 歲。實際是否適合，仍可依孩子目前的發展、活動能力及家庭需求評估。
The recommended age is approximately 0–4 years old. Suitability can also be assessed based on your child’s current development and your family’s needs.
6. 孩子還不會說英文，可以參加嗎？
My child doesn’t speak English yet — can they join?
可以。Little Club 的英文活動以自然接觸、歌曲、故事、生活用語與遊戲為主，不要求孩子具備英文基礎。
Yes. Little Club’s English activities focus on natural exposure through songs, stories, everyday phrases, and games — no prior English ability is required.
7. 孩子不願意參加團體活動怎麼辦？
What if my child doesn’t want to join group activities?
沒有關係。Little Club 不強迫孩子完成所有活動。孩子可以先觀察、自由探索，等熟悉環境後再依自己的節奏加入。
That’s completely fine. Little Club never forces participation. Children can simply observe or explore freely at first, joining in at their own pace once they feel familiar.
8. 每天都有老師上課嗎？
Is there a teacher-led class every day?
館內會依每日安排穿插 Story Time、Circle Time、Music & Movement、感官探索或創作活動。Little Club 並非全程兩個半小時的制式課程，因此部分時間以自由探索與親子互動為主。
Each day includes a mix of Story Time, Circle Time, Music & Movement, sensory play, or creative activities. Little Club is not a fixed 2.5-hour structured class, so part of the time is for free exploration and parent-child interaction.
9. 特別活動需要另外付費嗎？
Do special activities cost extra?
一般會員活動包含於會員使用內容中。若為特殊材料活動、親子烘焙、外聘專業教師或大型節慶活動，可能另收材料費或活動費，TKA 將提前公告。
Regular member activities are included. Special material-based activities, parent-child baking, guest specialist classes, or large festive events may incur an extra fee, which TKA will announce in advance.
10. 兄弟姊妹可以一起進來嗎？
Can siblings come in together?
會員資格原則上以一位孩子為主。若需攜帶手足同行，請依當期手足方案或入館規定提前預約。
Membership is generally for one child. To bring a sibling, please check the current sibling plan or policy and book in advance.
11. 可以帶兩位大人一起嗎？
Can two adults come in together?
原則上每位會員由 1 位成人陪同。若有特殊需求需增加陪同成人，請提前向 TKA 詢問。
Generally, each member is accompanied by 1 adult. For a special need to bring an extra adult, please check with TKA in advance.
12. 臨時不能來怎麼辦？
What if we can’t make it last minute?
如已完成預約但臨時無法出席，請於規定時間內取消。這樣才能將名額釋出給其他會員。多次預約未到且未取消者，TKA 得視情況調整預約權益。
If you’ve booked but can’t attend, please cancel within the required timeframe to release the spot. Repeated no-shows without cancellation may result in TKA adjusting your booking privileges.
13. 孩子生病還可以來嗎？
Can my child still come if they’re sick?
如孩子有發燒、嘔吐、腹瀉、明顯呼吸道症狀或其他可能具傳染性的症狀，建議在家休息。這是為了保護所有幼兒與家庭。
If your child has a fever, vomiting, diarrhea, noticeable respiratory symptoms, or any other potentially contagious symptom, we recommend they rest at home, to protect all children and families.
14. 可以在裡面吃東西嗎？
Can we eat inside?
活動區原則上不開放自由飲食。如需喝水、吃點心或有特殊飲食需求，請至指定區域使用。
Free eating is generally not permitted in the activity area. For water, snacks, or special dietary needs, please use the designated area.
15. 可以只參加一次看看嗎？
Can we try it just once first?
若當期有開放體驗名額，可先預約體驗。體驗辦法與費用依 TKA 當期公告為準。
If trial spots are currently available, you can book a trial visit first. Trial arrangements and fees are subject to TKA’s current announcement.
16. Little Club 之後可以直接銜接 TKA Preschool 嗎？
Can Little Club lead directly into TKA Preschool?
Little Club 本身不等同於 Preschool 入學資格，但會員家庭可以優先了解 TKA Preschool 的課程與體驗安排。對於準備進入團體生活的孩子，Little Club 也能成為很自然的適應與銜接階段。
Little Club itself does not guarantee Preschool enrollment, but member families get priority access to information on TKA Preschool’s curriculum and trials. For children preparing for group life, it can also serve as a natural transition stage.
17. 會員可以暫停或退費嗎？
Can membership be paused or refunded?
會員資格、暫停、續約與退費方式，依實際簽署的會員條款與當期方案為準。如有特殊情況，可由 TKA 個別協助確認。
Membership status, pauses, renewals, and refunds are governed by the signed membership agreement and current plan. For special circumstances, TKA can confirm case by case.
18. 如果孩子在館內受傷怎麼辦？
What if my child gets hurt on site?
幼兒活動中難免可能發生碰撞或跌倒。家長仍為主要陪同與照顧者，現場工作人員會依安全流程協助處理，必要時也會留下事故紀錄。
Bumps or falls can happen during children’s activities. Parents remain the primary caregiver on site; staff will assist according to safety procedures, and an incident record will be kept if necessary.
